Rockit Bar & Grill hosts their 1st Annual ChiliFest in honor of National Chili Day!

I crave the food at Rockit Bar & Grill on Hubbard. It all started with their sweet potato fries. They’re perfectly salty and sweet and the best guilty pleasure known to man. But one can not live on sweet potato fries alone. So I since have allowed myself to venture out and try other tasty bites that Rockit offers and have yet to be disappointed. Now imagine my excitement when I was assigned to cover the ChiliFest at Rockit in honor of National Chili Day. My producer really gets all the credit as she insisted we cover the story that would feature the week’s worth of chili Rockit was offering in honor of National Chili Day. I secretly think she was up on the deliciousness at Rockit as well. And I can’t post about Rockit without shouting out owner Billy Dec aka Mr. Chicago as I eagerly anticipate National Chili Day next year!
